Information We Collect When You Visit our Websites
You are free to explore our Websites without providing any Personal Information about yourself but to enhance your experience (e.g. commenting on videos, submitting Events, writing blog articles) we offer the option of registering as a full user of the website and receiving our occasional newsletter (we’ve been sending four a year so far).
We also collect Navigational Information which may directly or indirectly identify you as an individual such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed.
Information We Collect from Other Sources
From time to time, we may receive Personal Information about you from third party sources including partners with which we offer co-branded services or engage in joint marketing activities, and publicly available sources such as social media websites.
The main third party we use currently is HubSpot, a world-class Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that allows us to create and share marketing, sales and customer service content. We use the tool to help organize sales data (e.g., leads, customers, deals, etc.). The information added either by individual website visitors providing their contact information or by us e.g. when we receive someone’s business card, is used to contact individuals about their interest in our services or online video content and manage our interactions with them (e.g. reminding us when to call back).

We may occasionally employ other companies and people to provide services to visitors to our Websites or our customers and may need to share your information with them to provide information, products or services to you. Examples may include removing repetitive information from prospect lists, analyzing data or performing statistical analysis, providing marketing assistance, invoicing and processing payments, supplementing the information you provide us in order to provide you with better service, and providing customer service or support.
