Behind the scenes – filming children’s ‘Lockdown’ stories in Battersea

This Summer saw some 30+ Wandsworth councillors from all parties come together to film 7 popular children’s stories by Julia Donaldson and Alex Sheffler (of “Gruffalo” fame). Many thanks to MacMillan Publishers for giving blanket permission to do this during the difficult months of Coronavirus and Lockdown, and Sandra Evangelista from Wandsworth Council for her concept, vision and drive, without which none of these lovely short films would’ve been made.
